\u00a0Respect for the past and the ability to offer the best known cereal in the world in 100 different ways have made this event the most visited food and wine event in Italy. Last year we met over half a million gourmets, who were able to taste our dishes and seize the many opportunities for entertainment and culture that the Fair offers. The secrets are the passion and hospitality of our land, combined with the quality of our rice, the Nano Vialone Veronese Igp, prepared by master risottari with years of experience behind ladles and cauldrons. The result is such a good risotto that we have also served it to the Heads of State gathered at the G8 in L'Aquila, the Italian Parliament and the European Parliament. And this year we will serve it to you, prepared with the passion of all time.<\/span><\/pre>\n
