1. General provisions

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) apply to all product sales (hereinafter, “Products” or “Product”) purchased through the website http: / /www.risodellasardegna.it/ (hereinafter, “Site”).

The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.

The prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes and duties as well as delivery costs only when they are intended for customers resident in Italy and only for shipments to be carried out in Italy .

When it comes to customers residing in the European Community countries, prices are shown net of shipping costs, which are instead shown separately. All prices are in any case expressed in euros.

 

5. Order of Products

For the purchase of the Products the Customer must complete and send to Riso della Sardegna S.p.a. the order form in electronic format , following the instructions contained in the Site. 6. Method of payment

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs using credit card and through bank transfer .

The order requested will be managed only after receiving the credit on the bank account. Payment by bank transfer has no additional cost (excluding the costs foreseen by your bank). Any bank charges will be charged to the customer.

No charge will be made at the time the order is sent , except for the costs involved in ascertaining the validity of the credit card data, which will however be immediately reimbursed.

In the event that, for any reason, the debit of the amounts owed by the Customer proves impossible, the sales process is automatically canceled and the sale automatically canceled.

 

7. Confirmation of receipt of order

8. Ineffectiveness of the order

9. Transport and delivery

The Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer . The Customer has in any case the right to request the delivery of the products to a physical person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory. At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult over the age of 18 will be required. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes.

Riso della Sardegna S.p.a. will send to the Customer a confirmation e-mail once the Products have been shipped , specifying the tracking number of the shipment through which it will be possible to view, after entering the website Corriere, the status of the shipment.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following that in which the Customer transmitted the order. in Riso della Sardegna Spa, except that Riso della Sardegna Spa does not communicate – within the same term, by e-mail – the impossibility to deliver the goods ordered following the occurrence of unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the case in which, in relation to the communication of Riso della Sardegna S.p.a. of a delay on the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the Order, any amount already paid by the same will be reimbursed as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the day following that in which the Customer has sent the order to Riso della Sardegna Spa.

For the delivery of the goods it is necessary the presence of the Customer or one of his charge to the address of the recipient indicated in the order. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or not altered. Any damage to the package and / or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately challenged by written control reserve on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once the Courier’s document has been signed, the Customer can not make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the package delivered.

 

10. Right of withdrawal

Riso della Sardegna S.p.a. want to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Pursuant to the article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, returning the Products purchased through the Website within 100 (one hundred) days (holidays included) which run from the date of receipt of the products.

Return and replacement form unsuitable goods

This communication must be sent by fax to n. 0783/302684 or by email at info@risodellasardegna.it.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal , Riso della Sardegna S.p.a. will refund the full price of the Products provided that these are returned by the customer in normal condition, in the original boxes and packaging and only if the return instructions above will be properly respected (used, tampered with, dirty or without any accessories) . Riso della Sardegna S.p.a. reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase.

The delivery costs for returning the Products are Totally borne by resodellasardegna.it ; which will send a courier directly to the buyer’s home, collecting the product packaged by the customer. Any expenses incurred by the customer for the return carried out independently and not following our mode will not be reimbursed.

Each delivery will contain easy instructions for the return of the Products. risodellasardegna.it undertakes to promptly refund the customer no later than 30 days from the date of return of the Products. risodellasardegna.it will send a confirmation e-mail of the refund.

risodellasardegna.it will not be responsible for the non-refund or non-compensation for Products returned but which have never been received by risodellasardegna.it due to loss, theft or damage that are not attributable to resodellasardegna.it.

11. Product Replacement

Riso della Sardegna S.p.a. intends to provide Customers with the possibility to replace the Products purchased through the Website.

To obtain the replacement of a product, follow the procedure indicated below.

12. Conformity defects

The sale of the Products is subject to the legal guarantees provided by the articles 129, 130 and 132 </ strong> of the Consumer Code.
